George HW Bush will probably die soon, because he’s old and that’s what old people do.
Former U.S. President George H.W. Bush has been moved out of the intensive care unit at a Houston hospital, as his condition continued to improve, his spokesman has said.
All this really means is that he’s still sick and old but there’s nothing that will immediately kill him (other than being sick and quite old) but at the same time there’s nothing doctors or hospitals can really do about someone being really old.
“President Bush’s condition has improved, so he has been moved today from the intensive care unit to a regular patient room at The Methodist Hospital to continue his recovery. The Bushes thank everyone for their prayers and good wishes,” Bush’s spokesman Jim McGrath said in a statement.
They’re probably setting up a conveyor belt from his hospital room to the Lincoln Memorial so he can lay in state as we speak.
